Sarah Milligan

Sarah Milligan joined the American Dental Association in 2012 as Director, Political Affairs/ADPAC. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Sarah attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. After earning degrees in Political Science, Russian and East European Studies, and Dance, she joined the staff of Congressman Steve Buyer (R-IN). In four years with Congressman Buyer, Sarah worked on numerous projects and legislative initiatives, eventually working on healthcare and telecommunications issues with the Energy and Commerce Committee. In 2010, as the 112th Congress was sworn-in, Sarah provided an integral role in the office of Congressman Marlin Stutzman (R-IN), serving as the Congressman’s Senior Advisor. She has also worked for the National Association of Broadcasters where she was responsible for working with the President and CEO and the NAB Board on numerous projects and initiatives.

Outside of the ADA, Sarah has been active with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Daughters of the American Revolution. For the past 6 years, she has been a Barre3 fitness instructor. Sarah is currently pursuing an MBA through American University’s Kogod School of Business.


Peter Aiello, Tooth Talk Host

Peter Aiello

Peter Aiello is an experienced grassroots and political professional with over 10 years of experience. He joined the American Dental Association in 2015 as Sr. Manager, ADPAC & Political Affairs, bringing over six years of political campaign and organizing experience to the organization. Starting his career in his home state of New Jersey, Peter served as a grassroots organizer and field director for both local, Congressional, and Senatorial campaigns. He also worked with campaigns in California, Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, and Arizona to create and run successful field operations in nationally-ranked competitive races.

While not at work, Peter is an avid hockey fan and player, enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family. He also holds degrees in Political Science and History from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Suffolk University.
